Good variety of products at good prices. Helpful & friendly staff.
Poor inventory. Continually rising prices by $.25, $.50 $.75 or more. Apparently they think the consumer won't notice. Employees are not helpful nor do they seem to care about the customer. Poor selection of higher level spirits. Might be better to drive a few miles down the road to Spec's. And, Adam Purcell, what type of booze were they mixing for you to give that Five Star review?
The best aspect of Fossil Creek is its proximity to Southlake. Close and convenient! Selection of liquors is average with very little unique product being offered. Pricing is average. For a ridiculous selection, you really have to go to Total Wine & Liquor in Lewisville.
I recently went in this location and have never experienced such rude service in any liquor store. I was in an aisle alone looking for a certain beer when several associates walked right by me without asking if I needed help! But yet a few other people came into the same aisle and everyone asked them if they needed help finding something. Luckily I found what I was looking for on my own. Then as I was checking out, the gentleman at the register didn't smile nor did he say one word to me! He pointed at the total and pointed at the card reader instead of telling me what my total was or if I could use a chip card. He overcharged me on the beer by like $2 (not a big deal) but still... I havent ever experienced a feeling of discrimination in my life but that's basically how I felt. I will never go back nor recommend this location to anyone and I'm a local!
